This treatment incorporates invigorating essentials oils of rosemary, ginger and black pepper, focusing on easing tension areas including a deeply relaxing scalp massage helping to unwind the mind and body. Swedish and cross muscle fibre massage techniques, with stretching and draining, are combined with black pepper, rosemary and ginger to warm the muscles and help disperse the build-up of lactic acid that causes stiffness and pain.
