Do I need to be a David Lloyd member to book a treatment?
Both members and non-members are welcome to book treatments at our spas, except at David Lloyd Chelsea, where spa access is exclusive to members.

Gift Vouchers
How can I purchase a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be purchased online through our GiftPro website. You’ll receive your voucher instantly via email, ready to print or show on your mobile device. You can purchase gift vouchers and send them to friends and family via email or via post.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Redeem your voucher by booking your chosen treatment through the David Lloyd App. Simply enter the voucher code on the basket page.
Can I use my gift voucher at any David Lloyd Spa location?
Yes! Vouchers are valid across all David Lloyd Spa locations. They can be used for spa treatments only.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Bookings & Appointments
How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made quickly and easily via the David Lloyd App. Members and non-members can download and use the app.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We understand that plans change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments mean you will not get a refund.
Do I need to arrive early for my treatment?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time to check in and relax before your treatment begins.
What if I’m running late?
Please contact the spa as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but treatments may need to be shortened to avoid delays for other guests.

During Your Visit
What should I wear for my treatment?
Comfortable clothing is best. Our therapist will always ensure your privacy and comfort is priority throughout your treatment
Are spa facilities (such as the sauna or pool) included with treatments?
Non-members do not have automatic access to wider club facilities. However, day passes are available to purchase if you wish to enjoy the full club experience.
Do you offer couples’ treatments?
We currently do not offer couples’ or dual-room treatments.

Products & Aftercare
Which skincare products do you use?
We use professional skincare products in all our treatments.
Can I purchase products at the spa?
Yes - a range of different brand retail products is available for purchase at each club, so you can continue your skincare routine at home.
Will my therapist recommend products or aftercare?
Absolutely. Your therapist can provide personalised aftercare and recommend the best products to maintain your results and support your wellbeing. We sell these in the club so you can go home with them after your treatment!
