Guided breathing to calm the mind, slumber inducing rhythmical massage movements, incorporating layering of warm gel, oil and cream. Key pressure point technique to stimulate the vagus nerve, hot towels cocoon your scalp and feet, finishing with a heavenly scalp massage leaving you drifting away.
